Processing

Allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. If more than 7 days have passed, please email us at info@a3supply.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Returns

We offer a 30 days hassle-free return policy. We can’t offer a refund or exchange after the 30 days have passed. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received within the original packaging.
  • We also require a Return Authorization Number (RA #) provided by sales representatives as a resolution to product issues.

Full and/or partial refunds are considered for certain non-returnable items that can be credited with gift cards and credits. ​Please do not send a purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once the product return is received and inspected, we will send an email indicating that we have received the returned item and the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund then check with your bank directly and contact your credit card company to ask the status of the refund as there are often processing delays.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received then refund yet, please contact us at info@a3supply.com to address the issue.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, we cannot offer refunds on sale items.​

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the same item needs to be exchanged then send us an email at info@a3supply.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where the product is being shipped to. 

When shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
