Order Processing, Return, Refund, and Exchange Policies

Processing

        Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Once an order has been placed online and it has been approved, a customer will receive an order confirmation and tracking information. This makes it easier for customers to keep track of their orders and follow their progress.  Your order should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. If more than 7 business days have passed and you have not received your order or tracking information for your order, please contact us at info@a3supply.com so that we can investigate the status of your order. We are here to help and will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.  

Returns

If you have any issues with your products or orders, please contact info@a3supply.com. To return a product, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number is issued by your product specialist or one of our customer care representatives. Please note that all returns must be in an unused condition and in the original packaging. Specially ordered items are not eligible for returns, such as custom-branded products, Lifts, and Jacks or machinery. (Which are all covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Refunds

Once the product return is received and inspected, we will send an email to confirm receipt and the status of the refund. If it is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your account or original payment method. If you have not received the refund within 3-5 business days, please contact your bank and credit card company to check on the status. If you are still having issues, contact us at info@a3supply.com. Note that regular-priced items may be refunded, however, sale and specially ordered items such as lifts, jacks, and heavy equipment are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange the same item, please email us at info@a3supply.com. Please note, that shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on the destination.
